"I went to chef Paola's Bruschetta Bar at Cafe Creme, Bar Meli, at a friend’s birthday party and... Ok, you get it: Yes, I am a fan! She is charming and such a knowledgeable chef! She has this amazing capacity to combine flavors and create one of a kind bruschettas! My husband’s favorite have of course prosciutto. He loves prosciutto! Mine, the touch of the sweetness of the fig Italian mustard on gorgonzola cheese. Paola knows where to shop for her ingredients: the classic bruschetta of pomodoro and basil are a trip to Italy with incredible tasty tomatoes (so hard to find in Miami!) flared up by an exquisite touch of olive oil! … Just writing this testimonial makes me hungry!
